myPNRstatus presently provides two kind of services.

PNR status Alert: If you have Waiting list/ RAC ticket, we will SMS you whenever there is any change in your current status.
Train Timings Alert: We will update you with any changes in your train timings. So whenever your train gets delayed, we will SMS you with new expected timings.

Do I have to pay myPNRstatus.com for this service?

NO. You don’t have to pay anything to us. Well, you have to bear your normal Internet Usage bill. If you are using our SMS service to subscribe and/or unsubscribe updates then you have to pay your carrier normal STD SMS charges. (which will not come to us)

I have confirmed ticket, can I also use myPNRstatus.com?

YES, of course! You will get updates on your Train Timings So whenever your train gets delayed, we will SMS you with new expected timings.

How will you make money?

Advertisements! We are advertising on our web page and on SMS. On SMS we will send you relevant Ads along with your updates. We will not send you any Advertisement after your journey.

So you will share our Phone number to your advertisers?

NO. We will not sell or share our user’s personal phone numbers with any third party. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy.

How can I block all SMS coming from myPNRstatus?

In case, if you want to block myPNRstatus, SMS "MYPNR BLOCK" to 9220092200. We are sure you will never need to do this :)
